As Klar's Growth Operations Analyst you will be responsible for increasing our user acquisition and profitability metrics. It includes all paid and organic channels.
In this role, you’ll be working hand in hand with the CMO, but also with Design and Operations, Product, Research, and Brand to bring your ideas to life.

Manage Klar acquisition channels
Manage Klar acquisition budget

Reporting to top management
Growth targeting and planning
The biggest project for this role in 2020-2021 will be to deliver Klar growth targets to Serie B, including:
Blended Acquisition cost
Per channel Acquisition cost
Volume of Active users
(1) Acquisition team will need to be hired. For now, it will be dotted line with copywriters and creative team for performance assets. SEO and ASO copywriting will report to you.
